ADVICE : Healthy summer snacks

If you are outside in the heat, it is SO IMPORTANT to stay hydrated, and even more importantly, to eat little snacks throughout the day, such as carrot sticks or chocolate peanut butter ice cream. It doesn't really matter which one, just whichever one you see first after opening the freezer. Stay cool and stay cold, peeps. You're welcs.
